All appointments are welcome to reschedule. Cancellations requested 4 hours prior to scheduled appointments are eligible for a full refund or subject to a 25% fee if less than the 4-hour time limit. No call or no-show appointments are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled. Rescheduled appointments must be made 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment, or you will be subject to a 25% fee. Each time slot is booked in advance, please arrive 5 to 10 min prior, if you arrive 10 min late without calling you may have to reschedule depending on what availability we have.
